I am a strong believer in Yoga and have been practicing it for 30 years. Yoga has helped me bring my mind and body to function at their optimum capacity. Yoga has a proven and systematic approach to finding our highest potential.
I practice Ashtang and Hatha Yoga and am certified by the Yoga Certification Board of the Government of India. Keeping Yoga authentic to its roots is my passion. Breathing and mind-body connection are at the forefront of the practice. I meet you where you are in your physical, emotional, and spiritual journey and guide you based on your medical condition. In my practice, I incorporate pranayama, grounding (walking bare feet on the ground), connecting with nature, channeling the sun's energy, etc.
